Mike transferred from Boonsboro High School three games into his junior year after two successful seasons with the Warriors. As a Warrior, Mike had a 3 TD 197yard quarter against the Brunswick Railroaders and accumulated yards running the spread offense. As a new member of the Sentinels, Mike backed up senior QB Joe Houser during the 2010 season and led five scoring drives. In 2011 Mike led the team to forty scoring drives including 7 passing TDs and 1 rushing TD. In 319 offensive plays spread across thirteen games Mike accumulated 70 team first downs and only turned the ball over twice. Highlights for 2011 include a 50yd touchdown pass during the Brunswick playoff game and another 52yd TD pass during homecoming 2011. Mike led the team in passing yards, passing touchdowns and team first downs for the season.
